Using DoneSharp
DoneSharp is a marketplace connecting customers with independent artisans and errand runners. DoneSharp is not the employer of any artisan or runner — they operate as independent providers using the platform to find work.
Bookings and errands
When you book an artisan or accept an errand, you're agreeing to a transaction directly with the other party. DoneSharp facilitates discovery, communication, and payment, but is not a party to the underlying service agreement.
Payments and escrow
Payments for bookings are processed through Paystack and held in escrow. Funds are released to the artisan once the customer confirms the job is complete, or automatically after 5 days if not disputed. DoneSharp retains a service fee from each completed, paid booking.
Account verification
Artisans may be required to submit identifying and business documentation for verification before receiving a verified badge. DoneSharp may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.
Limitation of liability
DoneSharp is provided "as is." While we review and verify artisans, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by users of the platform.
