This is a draft privacy policy for DoneSharp and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It should be reviewed and finalized before being relied upon for App Store / Google Play submission or real user data collection.
Information we collect
When you create a DoneSharp account, we collect your name, phone number, and location (state and neighborhood) to connect you with nearby artisans and errands. If you register as an artisan, we additionally collect your service category, verification documents, and bank account details for payouts.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the DoneSharp marketplace: matching you with nearby artisans or errands, facilitating bookings and chat, processing payments through Paystack, and sending you notifications about your bookings.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. DoneSharp does not store your card details. Payments are held in escrow until a booking is marked complete, per our payment terms.
Data sharing
Your name and profile information are visible to the other party in a booking or errand so they know who they're dealing with. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us or using the delete-account option in the app.
